Are you a leasing professional who loves turning tours into move-ins? GSF Properties is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team in Clovis, CA. If you have leasing experience, strong sales skills, and a passion for helping people find their next home, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of the community, helping prospective residents find the perfect apartment while delivering exceptional customer service from first impression to move-in day. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and knows how to create an outstanding resident experience.
Compensation & Schedule:
Pay: $19.50 - $20.00 per hour + Benefits
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday
Winter Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Summer Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Requirements
Job Requirements for Leasing Consultant
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Comfortable using computers and office software
- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Strong analytical aptitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents and prospective residents
- Must be available to work Tuesday-Saturday schedule 8am-5pm (winter) 9am-6pm (summer)
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
