Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Arkansas

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

This is a remote counseling role for an LPC licensed in Arkansas. You’ll work with adults who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment concerns, or other issues that are affecting their day-to-day life. The position gives you a consistent weekday schedule and the space to focus on therapy, complete your records, and stay connected with the clinical team when a case needs input.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual counseling appointments
• Review client history and current concerns at the start of care
• Provide therapy that reflects the client’s situation and presenting needs
• Complete session notes and other required records on time
• Revisit the course of therapy when new concerns come up
• Take part in case consultation when appropriate
• Follow established procedures when risk or safety issues are identified
• Maintain confidentiality and meet Arkansas LPC professional standards

Requirements

• Active Arkansas Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
• Experience with telehealth platforms preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
