About the role
This pivotal role requires close collaboration with all stakeholders, including individuals, families, and other agency team members, to create meaningful opportunities for people with disABILITES to actively participate in their communities as valued neighbors, productive workers, and respected citizens.
The Life Enrichment Facilitator plays a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disABILITES (I/DD) by coordinating a wide range of educational, recreational, and leisure activities and events in both community and center-based settings.
