The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Give litigation attorneys hands-on support across their calendars, court filings and document preparation. The work centers on deadline management, electronic filing in state and federal courts, and general office administration. The position begins on-site for a training period, then moves to hybrid.
What you'll do
- Support three litigation attorneys with day-to-day desk work.
- Maintain the attorneys' deadline schedules by reviewing each court's procedures and verifying every date against the docket.
- Prepare and e-file court documents, including tables of authorities, exhibit bookmarks, redactions and Bates stamps.
- Coordinate with legal assistants and attorneys across several offices on shared matters, and send document templates and overflow work to a remote support team.
- Handle administrative tasks such as travel bookings, expense reports and attorney time entry.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

- Practical experience keeping deadlines in legal docketing tools, along with familiarity with how courts set their procedures.
- Experience preparing documents for court filing and building litigation document templates such as master captions, motions and discovery.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site five days a week during the initial training period, then hybrid.
