To perform various tasks in the Logistics dept as described in the job description.

• Control Trip Director and ensure compliance with incoming vehicles
• Book vehicles with Trans Nova for the following days loading
• Monitor and control all Logistics Forklifts Services and Maintenance.
• Ensure all Logistics Forklift Drivers licences are current and training is up to date
• Process all month end stock counts into Oracle
• Capture and invoice shuttle truck orders into Oracle
• Flag POD’s back into Oracle with Jungle loads ex Maitland
• Internal Requisitions – generate into Oracle system, print picking slip and thereafter print delivery note
• Receipt RMA’s into Oracle
• Capture daily transporter loads onto excel spreadsheet
• GRV logistic invoices into Oracle once PO has been raised, job completed and authorized by Logistics Manager
• Process all free stock and donation orders for Jungle Oats
• Capturing and invoicing of by-products received from the factory
• Submit invoices to shared services for processing and payment
