About the Role
Join Abby's Catering for the busy Thanksgiving travel season! As a Lounge Ambassador, you’ll be the first friendly face passengers see while they wait to enter our airline lounge. You’ll welcome guests, keep the line moving smoothly, and answer questions so every traveler starts their visit feeling taken care of.
What You’ll Do
- Greet passengers warmly as they wait in line
- Help keep the line orderly and moving efficiently
- Answer general questions about lounge entry, wait times, and basic lounge information
- Direct guests to the appropriate team member when they need additional help
- Stay calm, courteous, and professional during high-volume periods
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, upbeat, and approachable personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm and patient with travelers during busy times
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual, with availability for the full seasonal period (Nov 20 to 30), including the Thanksgiving holiday
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or airline experience is a plus but not required
Requirements
- Must be at least [18] years old
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have full availability
