Moravian Manor Communities, a premier not-for-profit life plan community in Lititz, PA, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Skilled Nursing and Personal Care/Assisted Living teams!

What You'll Do as an LPN:
- Provide compassionate, high-quality, person-centered nursing care
- Assess and monitor residents' health and well-being
- Coordinator resident care with the nursing team
- Document resident progress and changes in condition
- Communicate and implement care updates to support positive resident outcomes
What We're Looking For:
- Graduate of an approved LPN Nursing program with a current Pennsylvania LPN License
- Current CPR Certification
- Working knowledge of MDS
- Long-term care nursing experience preferred
