Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at Madison County Jail.

In this role, you'll provide essential nursing care to an underserved population in a safe, secure environment. You'll have the opportunity to use your clinical skills, build meaningful connections, and make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care and nursing assessments.

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitoring patient conditions and responding to healthcare needs.

• Coordinating care with providers and other healthcare professionals.

• Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation.

• Supporting infection control, patient safety, and facility healthcare protocols.

Qualifications

💚 What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted LPN or RN license in Alabama.

• Previous nursing experience preferred.

• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical skills.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative healthcare team.

• Compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to quality patient care.
