Qualifications

What You’ll Do

As an LVN with SHP, you’ll provide meaningful patient care while working alongside a dedicated healthcare team:

• Deliver hands-on nursing care and monitor patient health needs

• Assess symptoms, reactions, and progress to support positive outcomes

• Administer medications according to nursing standards and facility guidelines

• Complete accurate documentation and follow individualized care plans

• Perform assessments, respond to emergencies, and use critical thinking skills

• Collaborate with healthcare providers while practicing within your State Scope of Practice
