Build Your Manufacturing Career With Rosina

Rosina Food Products is hiring motivated, mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as Machine Operator (B)!

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have some manufacturing or machine-operation experience and are looking to develop their technical skills and advance their careers.

As a Machine Operator in Training, you will learn to operate processing, packaging, portioning, conveying, and cooking equipment while maintaining production efficiency, product quality, and food-safety standards.

Instead of applying to multiple Machine Operator positions, candidates can apply once and be considered for the production area that best matches their experience, skills, and our current staffing needs.

Available opportunities include Mixing, Forming, Automated Production and Freezer Operations, and Secondary Packaging.

What You'll Do

Depending on your assigned production area, responsibilities may include:

    • Complete equipment setups, adjustments, and product changeovers according to production requirements.

    • Maintain product specifications, including weights, shapes, colors, piece counts, temperatures, and appearance.

    • Perform scheduled quality checks to ensure products meet company and food-safety standards.

    • Identify and report mechanical, material, quality, or production issues to the appropriate supervisor.

    • Train and support new Machine Operators as they develop their equipment knowledge and technical skills.

    • Work with the shift onboarding coordinator to support operator training and development.

    • Complete all required production, quality, and equipment documentation before the end of each shift.

    • Communicate effectively with Production, Quality, Sanitation, Maintenance, and associates across shifts.

    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and prepare equipment for sanitation as needed.

    • Follow all USDA, OSHA, GMP, HACCP, and company food-safety requirements.

    • Ensure proper shift transitions to prevent interruptions in production.
