Westaff is hiring for Machine Operators in Hopkinton, MA!
Join a leading aerospace manufacturer as a Machine Operator. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience who are looking for a stable, full-time position with room to grow.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay & Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | $19-$20/hr
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | $20-$21/hr
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM | $21-$22/hr
Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery
- Inspect parts for quality
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean work area
- Meet daily production goals
Requirements:
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
