About the role

Role Summary:

Responsible for overseeing all building maintenance and repairs, ensuring the premises, facilities, and equipment remain safe and in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage routine and emergency maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, air conditioning, painting, and general repairs.
Conduct regular building inspections and arrange timely repairs.
Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate external contractors.
Monitor maintenance costs, materials, and spare parts.
Maintain service records and ensure work meets safety standards.

Requirements

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Building Maintenance, Facilities Management, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant building maintenance experience.
Strong technical, problem-solving, and team supervision skills.
