· Demonstrated success leading a maintenance or reliability turnaround in an aging, highly automated operating environment, including assessment, stabilization, capability development, and sustained performance improvement.

· Experience with commissioning and formal equipment handover, including design reviews, FAT/SAT, integrated testing, performance verification, documentation turnover, training, spare-parts validation, punch-list management, warranty requirements, and technical acceptance.
· Demonstrated experience developing asset-condition assessments and multiyear lifecycle plans that integrate reliability risk, equipment criticality, obsolescence, service requirements, and capital investment.
· Experience managing critical spares, repairable components, storeroom controls, vendor performance, service contracts, contractor safety, and technical documentation.
· Ability to translate technical conditions into clear operational risk, financial implications, priorities, and recommendations for senior leadership.
· Strong leadership, communication, change-management, and cross-functional partnership skills, with demonstrated ability to set expectations, develop technical talent, address performance gaps, and sustain accountability.
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), Reliability, Industrial Technology, Facilities Management, or a related technical field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, recognized technical training, certifications, and directly relevant experience will be considered.
· Certification or formal training as a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional, Certified Reliability Leader, SMRP maintenance and reliability professional, Lean Six Sigma practitioner, or equivalent is preferred.
