About the Position: As a Maintenance Porter, you’ll keep our facility safe, clean, and up to the standards of Easy, Clean, Service.
Location: 155-165 W 29th Street New York, New York 10001
Pay Information:Paid weekly$18.60 an hour Responsibilities:•Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility (floors, walls, restrooms, office spaces, exterior)•Complete routine and light maintenance tasks: painting, wall patching, latch installations, corner guard repair, cutting locks•Assist with snow removal, flood remediation, and other season or urgent needs.
Schedule: •8.5-hour shifts (30-min break)•Hours vary between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, including weekends
Qualifications: •Reliable, detailed-oriented, and able to work independently•Comfortable with basic repairs and maintenance tasks•Strong communication skills
