WildBlue, located in Fort Myers, Florida is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Maintenance Staff member! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Compensation: $26.00 per hour
- Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior and interior areas of the facility including but not limited to emptying trashcans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
- Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Performs other duties as required.

Less than high school education; or up to one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Frequently uses hands, reaches with hands and arms.

Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, sits.

Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.

Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles.

Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions.

Noise level is moderate.

No certifications or licenses are required.

High School diploma or GED.

Valid Driver’s License.

Up to five (5) years of experience.
- Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
