We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work and wants that work to mean something. You'll help maintain our buildings, grounds, equipment, and campus while supporting a safe and welcoming environment for the clients and staff who depend on it every day.

🛠️ What You'll Do

No two days are exactly the same. You may be:

• 🔧 Troubleshooting and completing general building repairs
• 💡 Replacing lights, switches, outlets, fixtures, ballasts, and fuses
• ❄️ Assisting with HVAC maintenance and changing filters
• 🚰 Handling basic plumbing repairs and clearing clogged drains
• 🎨 Helping with carpentry, painting, landscaping, and campus upkeep
• 🔐 Installing and repairing locks, doors, and windows
• 🌨️ Assisting with snow removal
• 🌱 Maintaining lawn equipment and vehicles
• 🪚 Safely using power tools and equipment
• 📦 Moving and organizing supplies, furniture, and equipment
• ✅ Completing maintenance work orders accurately and on time
• 👀 Spotting potential safety issues before they become bigger problems
• 🛡️ Providing backup support to Security when needed

⭐ What We're Looking For

You don't need decades of experience. You do need to be dependable, safety-minded, willing to jump in, and comfortable working with your hands.

Minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of basic maintenance or repair experience
• Ability to work safely and independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
• First Aid & CPR certification
• Valid Colorado driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record when driving for Harmony business
• Ability to adjust your schedule based on project needs and work overtime when necessary

We're especially interested in people who know their way around general repairs, power tools, lawn and snow equipment, basic plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, painting, and carpentry.

🔧 WE'RE HIRING: Maintenance Technician

Are you the person everyone calls when something needs fixing?

Harmony is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our campus safe, functional, and looking its best.

You'll work on everything from basic electrical and plumbing repairs to HVAC filters, painting, carpentry, landscaping, equipment maintenance, snow removal, locks, doors, and general repairs.

Pay Rate:

$20 - $24 an hour
