· Oversee vendor work to ensure quality and timeliness.

· Keep supplies organized, order parts as needed, and track inventory.

· Stay compliant with OSHA standards and follow company safety policies.

· Perform routine and preventative maintenance.

· Assist with the bid process and training of maintenance team members.

· Handle lock changes, snow/ice removal, and other on-site needs.

· Be available for on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies.

· Report unusual or urgent issues to the Property Manager.

· Other duties as assigned.

· Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.

· Must be able to regularly push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to 50lbs independently.

· Willingness to be on-call and work some weekends.

· Ability to travel between nearby properties and complete supply pickups.

· Valid driver’s license and auto-insurance.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

· Competitive pay and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k).
