About the role

Maintenance Technician - HVAC/Refrigeration Focus

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our skilled nursing facility's Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and refrigeration, excellent mechanical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to perform a variety of general building repairs.

This is a hands-on position responsible for helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and reliable environment for our residents and staff.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of maintaining building systems in a 24/7 resident-care environment.

Qualifications

Experience with commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, electrical troubleshooting, plumbing, and preventive maintenance is highly desirable. EPA Section 608 certification and previous healthcare facility experience are preferred.
