Position Overview

The Management Analyst shall be responsible for the review, analysis, and evaluation of user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies.

Core Responsibilities

Technical Performance:
The Management Analyst shall have experience in the following:
- Documenting system requirements, defining scope and objectives, and creating system specifications that drive system development and implementation.
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards, reviewing project deliverables, and making actionable recommendations to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
- Functioning as a liaison between IT and users with both functional and technical expertise.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience: 6-8 years performing business or systems analysis
Technical Proficiency: Documenting system requirements, defining scope and objectives, and creating system specifications that drive system development and implementation
Compliance:
- Secret Clearance
- Must meet Army requirements.

Preferred Expertise

Demonstrated success in Army Contracting
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
