About the role
We’re Hiring | BMS Manager – Data Center Operations
We’re looking for an experienced BMS Manager to join our growing Data Center Operations team.
This role will focus on the operation, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and performance of critical data center infrastructure.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily BMS operations and system performance
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, and other integrated systems
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot BMS faults, alarms, and control system issues
- Manage BMS upgrades, integrations, and performance improvements
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and system integrators
- Lead and develop BMS engineers and technicians
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field
- 8–10+ years of experience in BMS / Building Automation Systems
- Strong knowledge of Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, or similar platforms
- Experience with BACnet, Modbus, and KNX protocols
- Strong troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and optimization skills
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Data Center or mission-critical facility experience is an advantage
