| Role Purpose Statement | - Manage day-to-day Master Data Management operations across Customer, Supplier, Material Master and Finance domains. - Ensure accurate and timely execution of master data processes in compliance with defined standards, business rules, and SLAs. - Support data governance, data quality, and process improvement initiatives. - Act as a key operational point of contact for business stakeholders and internal teams. |
| Main Accountabilities | Service Delivery Operations - Execute and oversee master data maintenance and governance activities and ensure adherence to established SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards. - Monitor operational performance and resolve issues impacting service delivery. Data Quality & Governance - Monitor data quality metrics and identify root causes of data issues. - Ensure compliance with global data standards, policies, and business rules. Stakeholder Support - Provide timely communication regarding service requests and issue resolution. - Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure seamless operations. Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and data accuracy. - Support automation and standardization initiatives. Team Leadership - Guide and mentor junior team members. - Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and customer focus. |

| Technical | - Good understanding of SAP Master Data processes and business impacts. - Knowledge of Customer, Supplier, Finance and Material Master data domains. - Experience with SAP ECC, SAP MDG, or SAP S/4HANA environments. - Understanding of data quality, governance, and data lifecycle management. - Experience with SLA/KPI monitoring and reporting. |
| Education & Experience | Education Bachelor's degree required. Experience - 5-7 years of experience in Master Data Management. - Minimum 2-3 years of SAP MDG, SAP MDM, or SAP Master Data experience. - Experience supporting master data operations and governance activities. - Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills. - Experience working in global and virtual environments. |
