Job Description

Responsible for API plant equipment maintenance. Responsible for uptime of equipment, modifications, change overs.

·       Responsible for Maintenance & modification works of API Plant equipment. 

·       Need to maintain uptime of plant equipment to meet production targets.

·       Responsible for investigation and CAPA actions closure in alignment with QA & EHS. 

·       Should have knowledge in Capex preparations, Estimations, planning and Execution.

·       Should have Good skills in team management.

·       Should have very good collaboration skills with internal and external stake holders.

·       Review & Develop procedures/ sop’s to meet current GMP and safety standards. 

·       Comply with EHS Guidelines and Regulations. 

·       Should have knowledge in facing EHS & statutory Audits and related documentation.

·       Should be good in contractor management, Bills verification. 

·       Ensure quality work from contractors as per the specifications in timely manner.

·       Should have in-depth knowledge in Current safety systems/safe working practices.

·       Person should be capable to Train & lead the Team

·       Should be familiar with online GMP documentation.

·       Should be familiar with Root cause Analysis tools.

·       Should be familiar with process equipment like Reactor, centrifuge, ANFD, RCVD, Blender, sifter, multi mill, FBD etc maintenance
