About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan product assortment, sales, and inventory levels.
- OTB Management
- Analyze sales trends and customer demand.
- Prepare sales and stock forecasts.
- Monitor stock levels and product performance.
- Identify fast- and slow-moving products.
- Coordinate with buying, sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Support seasonal and promotional planning.
- Prepare regular sales and inventory reports.
- Ensure the right products are available at the right time and quantity.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail planning, or inventory planning.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and planning systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with sales and inventory data.
- Experience in home furnishing/furniture retail is an advantage.
