- Monitor team activities and performance to ensure operational objectives, service levels, and business targets are consistently achieved.
- Report directly to the Director of Supply Chain.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, purchasing, procurement, or inventory management, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading, developing, and motivating teams, with the ability to build capabilities and improve productivity.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory control, forecasting, and supplier management.
- Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools, with the ability to manage system processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, machine utilization, and inventory optimization.
- Proven ability to identify cost-reduction opportunities, drive process improvements, and contribute to profitability objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, and external suppliers.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset, combined with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement capabilities.
