Manufacturing Technician

主要职责/Primary Responsibilities:

1. Product‑Related Testing Activities产品测试相关工作

(1) Perform and oversee product testing activities in strict accordance with released test work instructions and specifications. 严格按照已发布的测试作业指导书及规范，开展并监督产品测试作业。

(2) Collect test data, complete original records, organize test results and generate required test documentation. 采集测试数据，填写原始记录，整理测试结果，出具所需测试文件。

(3) Implement on‑site operational improvement suggestions, support test‑process optimization, and complete pre‑test preparation and post‑test site housekeeping. 落实现场操作改善建议，配合测试流程优化，完成测试前准备及测试后现场整理。

(4) Conduct various test experiments per order and customer requirements, and deliver compliant test reports. 根据订单及客户要求开展各类测试试验，提交符合要求的测试报告。

1. Classification‑Society Product Certification Support船级社产品认证支持工作

(1) Complete testing and specimen preparation for certification samples in accordance with assigned plans.

按照下达计划完成认证样品的测试与试样准备工作。

(2) Compile and collect basic certification documents, and provide support for on‑site audit activities.

整理归集认证基础资料，为现场审核工作提供支持。

(3) File and maintain certification certificates and documents; verify basic information of certification‑related invoices. 归档保管证书及相关文件，核对认证票据基础信息。

(4) Assist with basic‑data statistics for certification‑related costs. 协助完成认证相关费用基础数据统计。

1. Maintenance & Repair of Test Equipment测试设备维护与维修

(1) Operate test equipment following standard procedures; identify simple equipment faults and support troubleshooting & repair activities. 按标准规程操作测试设备，识别简单设备故障，配合排查与维修。

(2) Carry out daily checks and periodic preventive maintenance of equipment, and maintain complete maintenance records. 开展设备日常点检与定期预防性保养，完整留存保养记录。

1. FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) Support FAT支持

(1) Prepare test tooling, samples and other prerequisites based on FAT plans developed by engineers.

根据工程师编制的FAT方案，准备测试工装、样品及其他前置条件。

(2) Carry out on‑site test execution, support customer communication and demonstrate test procedures truthfully. 执行现场测试工作，配合客户沟通，展示测试流程。

(3) Document issues identified during FAT, assist in compiling FAT records and follow up on corrective actions.

记录FAT过程发现的问题，协助整理FAT记录，并跟进整改措施。

5.其他工作职责/Other Responsibilities

（1）Collect test data and support improvement initiatives.收集测试数据并支持改善

（2）Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.完成上级安排的其他工作任务

基本要求 / Qualifications Required:

‑ Familiar with MS‑Office software and basic data‑analysis skills熟练使用办公软件，具备数据分析能力

‑ Good communication and coordination skills良好的沟通协调能力

‑ Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems熟练操作SAP或其他ERP系统

‑ Prior experience with classification‑society work or import‑export trade is preferred有船级社相关工作或进出口贸易经验者优先

教育程度/ Education：

‑ College diploma (Junior College) or above; 大专及以上学历；

工作经验/ Working experience

‑ Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience 3年及以上相关工作经验

‑ Hands‑on pump‑testing experience is highly preferred具备泵产品实操测试经验者优先

专门知识/ Specific knowledge

‑ Knowledge of Marine Engineering or International Trade掌握船舶工程或国际贸易相关知识

语言能力/ Language skills

‑ Fluent spoken and written English are required; 英语口语及书面流利；
