The Marketing Manager North role will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy for the Evolution Group brands in North and aligning the efforts with overall marketing, sales and business strategies. The role will be responsible for developing and delivering Marketing projects aimed to support our products and reinforce our position in the local gaming industry, as well as overseeing continual review and optimisation of Marketing processes and deliverables, always aiming to increase the quality of output and ensure that the Evolution Group stands out as the leader in the industry. The role will work closely with the Marketing team, as well as the Commercial and Operations teams in North America.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing the PR and marketing strategy and delivery for Live Casino and Slots in North, including game asset and product launch plans, as well as product marketing messaging that differentiates our products from others in the market.
• Communicate and strategize with the North American commercial team to develop sales materials that facilitate and enhance the selling process.
• Be the central point of contact for the North American Commercial team and foster a strong relationship with them to help meet business goals.
• Provide internal marketing support to sales, product, and others through the creation of presentations, emails, content, literature, tournaments, and more.
• Responsible for the North American product marketing assets and ensuring our customers have a full bank of content, while ensuring adherence to Global marketing standards and sign offs
• Responsible for liaising with our shoot organisation team and Marketing photo and video shoots in our North America Live Casino studios with continual review of the results of the shoots.
• Responsible for planning and executing Evolution’s presence at industry events and sponsorships, following the guidance of the Marketing Events Manager, and being on the ground at events in North America when required.
• Responsible for planning and executing operator tournaments, merchandise, advertising, and social media.
• Copywriting for PR, editorial and product marketing materials
• Adaptation and proofreading of all types of marketing content to the North American market (brochures, product marketing materials etc.)
• Understand all compliance/regulations related to marketing advertising to be incorporated into the marketing plans.
• Responsible for a local merchandise plan
• Involvement in budgetary planning and responsible for Marketing North America budget
• Ability to manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly.
• Market intelligence - be the expert on the competition - how they position their products, the campaigns they are running and their product capabilities.
• Manage, advise on and deliver marketing requests from stakeholders, foster a strong relationship with internal stakeholders, third parties, agencies and other partners where necessary.
• Contribute to an effective, efficient and productive marketing department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are followed.
• Manage direct reports.
• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.

Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications Required:

• Marketing/Business degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar marketing role in a B2B environment advantageous
• Strong copywriter
• Demonstrable creative outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Superior attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
• Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and initiative

Spanish language skills are advantageous
