The Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive, AI-savvy Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the marketing automation platform that powers our marketing engine. This is a hands-on role, where you’ll be managing and executing processes, while keeping cross-functional and regional stakeholders informed and engaged. You'll keep our martech stack healthy (clean data, smooth campaign execution, process for list uploads and reliable reporting), and you understand the importance of precision in marketing to prospects in a regulated industry.
What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day administration and optimization of our marketing automation platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (previously Pardot), and its integration with Salesforce, alongside connected lead enrichment and sales automation tools
- Ensure clean data flow, routing, reliable syncs, and accurate reporting across the full funnel
- Document, maintain and continuously improve marketing systems, processes, and data that support campaign execution and performance measurement
- Design and manage lead and contact enrichment workflows, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and actionable before they reach the sales team
- Build and maintain lead routing logic in the MAP and Salesforce to ensure the right leads reach the right reps at the right time, owning QA and resolution
- Build and manage segmentation rules across the MAP and Salesforce to support personalization, prioritization, and accurate reporting
- Audit and own current instance, including all sending and segmentation rules and processes, and troubleshoot campaign and automation issues across the MAP and CRM to ensure reliable execution
- Maintain communications calendar and format to keep cross-functional teams informed on planned sends and campaigns
- Partner with the marketing team on campaign operations, including list builds and loads, audience segmentation, program setup and QA
- Support campaign performance tracking and attribution from click to close, and build and maintain dashboards and reports that give revenue leaders clear visibility into pipeline, funnel performance, and campaign impact
- Constantly test formats and messaging to ensure top performing email and nurture campaigns
- Work with revenue leaders to map data definitions, funnel stages, lifecycle models, and marketing and sales processes across teams into the systems in which we operate
- Bring hands-on experience with AI tools, including the latest martech solutions, LLMs (Microsoft Copilot, Claude), and other tools to drive meaningful efficiency gains across marketing
- Design and implement intelligent automations that reduce manual work, improve data quality, and surface insights faster
- Stay current on the evolving AI and automation landscape; proactively identify where new tooling can reduce friction or unlock capability the team doesn't yet have
What You Bring
You're an operator through and through. You know marketing automation platforms inside out, you sweat the details of clean data and reliable workflows, and you take pride in systems that are reliable yet ready to evolve with the changing tech landscape. You don't wait to be told what to fix: you spot the gaps, build the case, and get it done.
- 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar ops role
- Deep, hands-on experience with Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement) and Salesforce (admin-level or beyond) strongly preferred
- Proven track record of administering and optimizing a marketing automation platform: owning configuration, data hygiene, integrations, and continuous improvement
- Regulated-industry experience a plus
- Incredible organization skills; you know the importance of taxonomies, naming conventions, and folder structures to keep the MAP clean.
- Hands-on familiarity with sales automation and the broader martech stack, and demonstrated ability to manage a multi-tool stack with a focus on integration health, data quality, and end-to-end reliability
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable building dashboards, structuring reporting frameworks, and contributing to revenue forecasting conversations
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools and a demonstrated history of applying them to reduce manual work and drive operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving priorities; you know when to move quickly and when to slow down to get the setup right
What to expect
- An inclusive culture made up of extremely talented people
- A leadership team with a proven track record of success
- Hands-on coaching and a clear path to grow your career
- The opportunity to join a fast-growing company as it expands across the globe
- Competitive compensation and generous benefits
