About the role
LevelBlue reduces risk and builds lasting resilience so organizations can innovate and advance their mission with confidence. As the world’s most analyst-recognized and largest pure-play managed security services provider, LevelBlue elevates client outcomes that matter: stronger defense, faster response, and sustained business continuity. LevelBlue combines AI-powered security operations, advanced threat intelligence, and elite human expertise to provide the most comprehensive portfolio of strategic advisory, managed security, offensive security, and incident response services.
Responsibilities
HubSpot administration
Own HubSpot as sole admin: users, permissions, properties, workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and data quality
Audit and document the existing setup (workflows, properties, integrations) so nothing breaks when it changes
Set and maintain governance standards: naming conventions, property definitions, and process documentation
Support HubSpot–Salesforce integration with Sales Ops: field mapping, sync rules, campaign attribution, and fixing errors
Manage the marketing tech stack, including connected tools and third-party integrations
Data quality, imports, and migrations
Run lead imports from events, webinars, and syndication with accurate campaign membership, UTMs, and owner assignment
Own data quality across legacy and acquired systems: deduplication, normalisation, property cleanup, and retiring unused fields, lists, and workflows
Support system migrations and multi-instance setups alongside IT, Sales Ops, and regional teams
Email health and segmentation
Monitor email health across all sends: deliverability, inbox placement, bounces, complaints, and engagement
Own segmentation and list management: audiences, suppression rules, re-engagement, and list hygiene
Recommend improvements to email cadence, segmentation, and sending practices, backed by data.
Requirements
3+ years in B2B marketing operations, with hands-on HubSpot admin experience
Working Salesforce knowledge: campaigns, leads and contacts, integration troubleshooting
Solid grasp of email deliverability and list management best practices
Proven experience cleaning up messy or inherited CRM data, ideally after a merger, acquisition, or system consolidation
Working knowledge of HubSpot CMS (forms, landing pages, tracking code, smart content) to troubleshoot and partner with the web team
Experience with a project management tool
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or university degree is a plus.
