· Serve as an emcee or promotional host when needed, including conducting drawings, introducing activities, and delivering clear, engaging announcements to large audiences.
· Represent Red Hawk Resort + Casino at off-site events, community activities, and promotional appearances as assigned, including coordinating staffing, materials, setup, and guest engagement.
· Oversee motor coach operations, including operator relationships, contracts, required insurance documentation, guest manifests, reservations, arrival coordination, and verification of payouts.
· Monitor event and promotional expenses, labor, prize inventory, and vendor services within approved budgets. Maintain accurate records, reconcile distributions and payouts, and promptly report discrepancies.
· Ensure team members understand and follow approved promotion rules, guest eligibility requirements, documentation procedures, and applicable property and gaming requirements. Safeguard guest information and promotional assets.
· Review guest-facing event materials and operational instructions for accuracy and consistency with approved program details and brand standards; coordinate corrections before execution.
· Resolve guest concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally, make decisions within delegated authority, and escalate matters when appropriate.
· Track and report promotion, event, and motor coach results, including participation, attendance, costs, guest feedback, and operational performance. Recommend improvements that increase engagement and efficiency.
· Develop and maintain practical operating procedures, training materials, and contingency plans. Conduct post-event reviews and follow through on corrective actions.
· Maintain current knowledge of property amenities, promotions, and guest programs so the team can communicate confidently and identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
· Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
