About the role
1- To assist grade/evaluate all trainees.
2- To assist and evaluate the Tools and Assets needed for efficient standardized workshop.
3- To assist/plan the training annual plan with the training manager to cover the training needs and strategic goals of top management related to educational objectives and trainers’ development.
4- Provide training information & knowledge with recording training activities history, his training courses which will be conducted in–house.
5- Develop a library of lesson plans, training exercises and exams to ensure a continuous quality of training.
6- Keep aware of O.E.M technical guidelines, publications and etc.
7- Assist to follow up all tools and equipment’s which are supplied by employer.
8- Conduct examination required in the assessment of trainees..
9- Coordinate with educational instructions for training of trainees.
Educational Requirements: B.Sc. Degree in Auto Engineering / Mechanical Engineering

Special Certification or Training Required: level of Master technician in Automotive
|
Required Industry Experience: 2 years as Automotive Engineer |
Technological Requirements: be aware of Automotive technology systems and Automotive services. |
Language Requirements: Fluent Arabic , Fluent English |
Educational Requirements: B.Sc. Degree in Auto Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
