Medical Assistant- Ukpong Cardiology

The Medical Assistant supports physicians and other providers in delivering patient care in an outpatient Cardiology clinic. Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining vital signs and medical histories, updating the electronic medical record, preparing exam rooms and supplies, assisting with procedures, and performing clinical tasks within training and clinic policy. The Medical Assistant also helps with patient calls, referrals, test follow-up, and other daily clinic needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, and committed to excellent patient service.
