Description
Trusted Doctors is looking for an Experienced F/T Pediatric Accounts Receivable A/R Follow up specialist with Office Practicum OP experience. The candidate must be able to research, work & appeal any unpaid/unprocessed claims in a timely manner. The candidate should also have knowledge of charge entry and insurance payment posting. Trusted Doctors will onboard and provide training remotely. Our Pediatric office is a GREAT PLACE to work offering excellent benefits such as: Paid Time Off; 401k; Health Insurance and Paid Holidays.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Insurance A/R follow-up which includes: unpaid claims, denials, appeals, and working with the various payers.
- OP Office Practicum EMR experience is a requirement with at least 1-2 years experience on OP Office Practicum.
- Knowledge of charge entry and insurance payment posting.
- High volume calls
- HIPAA compliant workspace is a requirement.
- Monday to Friday Eastern Standard Time 8:00 to 4:30
