We are looking for a Middle School English Teacher for an international school in Wuxi. This position involves teaching across middle and high school for the 2026–2027 academic year, with an immediate start or by December 2026.

Job Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to middle and high school students, following the school’s curriculum and teaching standards
- Adapt lessons and learning materials to meet students’ different abilities, needs and language backgrounds
- Assess students’ work, monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, confidence and independent learning
- Work collaboratively with colleagues on lesson planning, curriculum development and assessment
- Maintain accurate student records and communicate regularly with parents about academic progress and wellbeing
- Participate in pastoral care, school events, staff meetings and professional development
Requirements
- Relevant English teaching experience, preferably across middle and high school
- Excellent English proficiency and strong subject knowledge
- Ability to plan engaging lessons and differentiate instruction for students with varied learning needs
- Strong classroom management, communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in an international school or familiarity with IB approaches is preferred
- Available to start immediately or by December 2026 at the latest

- Monthly salary of 25,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
