Job Description
We are looking for a talented Mobile Developer to join our team and help build and enhance innovative mobile solutions. You will play a key role in developing high-quality applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and leveraging modern AI-assisted development practices to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript, and Kotlin.
- Design and implement user-friendly, responsive, and high-performance mobile experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Developers, and other stakeholders to refine requirements and define technical solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and usability across various devices and screen sizes.
- Implement application monitoring, analytics, and performance tracking.
- Support application localization and multilingual experiences.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, operational procedures, and internal knowledge bases.
Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with React Native.
- Solid knowledge of Android SDK.
- Experience with Kotlin.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript.
- Experience developing and maintaining mobile applications for Android.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
- Proficient in using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) in day-to-day software development.
- Skilled in prompt engineering, AI-assisted problem solving, and validation of AI-generated code and content.
- Experience applying AI across the SDLC while balancing automation with sound engineering judgment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with iOS SDK development.
- Knowledge of cross-platform mobile architecture and best practices.
- Experience with application analytics and monitoring tools.
