Mobile Service Technician
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, light repairs, and vehicle inspections at customer locations while delivering an exceptional service experience. The ideal candidate will have Ford factory training, strong automotive maintenance experience, and the ability to work independently in a mobile environment.
Qualifications
- Ford Factory Training required
- Previous automotive maintenance and repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance and light repair services at customer locations
- Conduct vehicle inspections and document findings
- Diagnose and resolve routine mechanical concerns
- Maintain accurate repair orders and service records
- Provide professional, courteous service and communicate repair recommendations to customers
- Ensure company vehicle, tools, and equipment are properly maintained
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
