Job Description:

YOU WILL BE: As a Warehouse Associate, you will help ensure efficient warehouse operations by processing merchandise following departmental and ELG standards. While you will receive training in a specific department, you will also be cross-trained and expected to work across multiple areas. This position is based in the warehouse and reports directly to the shift Supervisor. WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Process merchandise while maintaining quality and productivity standards. • Work across multiple warehouse responsibilities, including Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing, based on our needs. • Ensure all merchandise handling and processing meets ELG standards. • Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. • Follow all operational and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company policies. • Be available for overtime during peak business periods. WHAT YOU WILL BRING: • Willingness to be cross-trained and work in multiple warehouse departments. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. • This position requires English proficiency to complete safety and on-the-job training and to meet compliance requirements.

Salary Range $18.27 - $20.19*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
