About Heartland Men’s Health

We are Heartland Men's Health, a fast-paced, results-driven men's concierge medical practice focused on helping men optimize their hormones, sexual health, body composition, and overall vitality. With three locations in the Kansas City metro (Overland Park, North Kansas City, and Independence, MO), our providers deliver evidence-based therapies including:

  • Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and comprehensive hormone optimization
  • Erectile dysfunction treatments
  • GLP-1 weight management programs
  • Peptide therapies
  • Ongoing patient education, lab-guided follow-up, and lifestyle optimization

We operate a high-touch, patient-focused model with no hospital rounds, no call, and no weekends. Our clinics are supported by medical assistants, dedicated office management, and administrative teams so providers can concentrate on clinical care and patient outcomes.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about men's health and comfortable working in a dynamic, outcomes-oriented environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who wants meaningful clinical work, strong work-life balance, and a clear path toward leadership.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

  • Conduct new-patient consultations focused on hormone optimization, sexual health, metabolic health, and longevity
  • Review labs, create individualized treatment plans, and manage patients on TRT, ED therapies, GLP-1s, and peptides
  • Oversee in-office procedures for erectile dysfunction
  • Provide clear education so patients understand their options and expected results
  • Collaborate with medical assistants and clinic leadership to deliver an efficient, high-quality patient experience
  • Track outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical protocols

What We Offer

  • Guaranteed annual salary + performance bonus
  • Specialized training in our treatment protocols and procedures
  • Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, no call, and no patient quotas
  • Malpractice insurance fully covered
  • Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, paid holidays, and employee discounts
  • A supportive, energetic team environment focused on results and patient satisfaction

Requirements

  • Active NP or PA license (Kansas and/or Missouri)
  • Active DEA license
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Leadership ability and a results-oriented mindset
  • Comfort working in a concierge/men's health setting (prior experience preferred but not required—we provide thorough training)
  • Willingness to deliver high-quality, personalized care in a fast-paced environment
