About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Credit Operations Officer to support end-to-end credit processing and operational activities. The role involves reviewing and processing credit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, monitoring documentation, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely disbursement. The candidate will also identify process gaps, support risk controls, maintain MIS reporting, and contribute to improving operational efficiency and customer experience within retail credit operations.
