About the role
Join the One Chase Strategic Initiatives team to shape the future of branch banking through growth strategy, operating model design, and business transformation. The One Chase Strategic Initiatives team shapes how JPMorganChase brings together its physical network, talent, technology, and specialized capabilities to deliver a more connected client experience. We operate at the intersection of enterprise strategy, experience design, operating model development, real estate, workforce planning, and transformation execution.
As a Sales Strategy Support Manager on the One Chase Enablement team you own high-visibility initiatives that translate enterprise priorities into executable strategies and tangible client and employee experiences. You define complex problems, establish the strategic direction, evaluate alternatives, and develop fact-based recommendations for senior leadership. You translate strategic decisions into practical designs and implementation plans, including the client and employee experience, operating model, governance structure, roadmap, and performance measures required to drive successful adoption. You will be expected to help determine what should be built, create the path to build it, and work across the organization to make it real and combine the structured thinking of a strategist, with the ownership and execution discipline of a transformation or program leader.
We partner across Consumer Banking, Business Banking, Home Lending, Wealth Management, Real Estate, Finance, Data & Analytics, Product, Technology, and Field Leadership to move ideas from strategy through execution.
Our portfolio of work includes initiatives focused on growing the business and delivering One Chase through the branch network, such as Financial Centers, One Chase Now, and One Chase Sales Radar.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead strategy and transformation initiatives focused on branch experiences, network capacity, workforce deployment, specialist coverage, and emerging One Chase capabilities
- Translate strategic concepts into scalable client and employee experiences, operating models, and implementation plans
- Design governance frameworks, decision rights, performance measures, and operating processes that support business objectives
- Partner across businesses and functions to align stakeholders, solve complex challenges, and drive decisions
- Lead initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring successful adoption and measurable business outcomes
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business transformation, operating model design, strategic finance, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex, undefined problems and develop practical, fact-based recommendations
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing decisions in matrixed organizations
- Exceptional executive communication skills, including concise, decision-oriented writing and presentations
- Strong analytical judgment and ability to connect data, business economics, customer implications, risks, and execution realities
