KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing outward clearing EFTs and cheques for onward settlement
• Accurate posting of transactions initiated from Corporate, branches, CMU & reconciliation units such as URA, EAPS, UMEME, centenary deposits.
• Proper verification and validation of all RTGS related transactions in the IHLD queue.
• Performing all cheques verification & call back for inward clearing and inhouse cheques of amounts greater than Ugx 5,000,000.
• Accurate capturing of transactions in RTGS, SWIFT, Sybrin, Direct credit Engine, Hot scan & MoPesa systems
• Mobile bulk payments processing (Airtel & MTN)
• Confirming inward & outward direct debits instructions and updating them in sybrin and schedules.

• Query management and ECRM case closure as per set SLA.

• Printing instant cards initiated by branches.
• Timely actioning of all URA agency notices submitted to the KCB Bank Limited queue.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
