Oracle Fusion Financials Configuration Lead

We're looking for an Oracle Fusion Financials expert to serve as the functional owner of our General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, and Fixed Assets modules. This role will play a critical part in our global Oracle implementation, ensuring the system is configured correctly, financial data is accurate, controls are working as intended, and business requirements translate into practical solutions.

You'll be the person helping validate designs, troubleshoot complex issues, reconcile financial data, execute testing, and prepare the platform for a successful go-live. Just as importantly, you'll help establish the internal expertise and ownership needed to support Oracle Financials long after implementation is complete.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the functional lead for Oracle Fusion Financials, supporting General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, and Fixed Assets modules
• Configure, maintain, and enhance Oracle Financials to support accounting, reporting, controls, and day-to-day finance operations
• Validate solution designs and ensure system configuration aligns with business requirements, accounting principles, and operational needs
• Lead data conversion activities, including validating converted balances, reconciling transactions, and ensuring data integrity throughout implementation
• Execute and support functional testing activities, helping identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues before go-live
• Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Technology, implementation partners, and third-party providers to deliver practical, scalable solutions
• Support quarterly Oracle releases, system administration, issue resolution, and ongoing platform improvements following implementation

You Should Apply If:

• You've owned the functional design or configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials during multiple full lifecycle implementations
• General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable are areas where you're comfortable serving as the subject matter expert
• You have working knowledge of Oracle Projects and Fixed Assets and understand how those modules connect to the broader financial ecosystem
• You understand how transactions flow from subledgers into the General Ledger and know how to diagnose reconciliation and accounting issues
• You've personally configured Oracle Financials, validated solutions, executed testing, and supported data conversions rather than directing others to do the work
• You're comfortable challenging designs, asking questions, and ensuring solutions meet both business and accounting requirements
• You enjoy being the person others rely on when they need answers, guidance, or troubleshooting support within Oracle Financials
• You are authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
