Sealy Orthodontics is hiring! We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team full-time.

Who You Are:
- A Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with at least 1 year of previous experience.
- Ortho experience is preferred but we are willing to train someone that is reliable, has a positive attitude and is eager to learn and grow with a team!

Schedule: Full-time
- Monday-Thursday 7:55am-5:15pm
- Very Occasional Fridays 7:55am-2:15pm
Compensation: $18-$22/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Responsibilities Include:
- Orthodontic records (photos, x-rays, impressions, scanning)
- IDB and direct bonding
- Debonds
- Adjustments
- Phase one appliances
- Invisalign
Requirements:
- Active RDA License in the State of TX
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RDA
- Active CPR Certification required
- Previous ortho experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
