Job Summary

As our Warehouse Packing Supervisor, you'll oversee daily packing operations, ensuring customer orders are packed accurately, efficiently, and on time. You'll lead and support your team while maintaining a safe, organized, and positive work environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead, train, and motivate the packing team.

• Oversee daily workflow and ensure orders are packed accurately and on time.

• Monitor productivity, quality, and team performance.

• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and coverage needs.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes.

• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.

• Address quality concerns and promote a safe work environment.

• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other teams to meet company goals.

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to motivate employees and lead by example.

• Basic math skills and familiarity with warehouse scanners.

• Ability to lift 30+ pounds and stand for extended periods.

• Willingness to learn and support continuous improvement.
