Painter - I

Responsibilities:

• Paint or maintain walls, ceilings, and trim on the interior and exterior of building.
• Coordinates with other departments for special projects, work requests, and assignments.
• Exhibits s friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customers, fellow employees
• Assist painters in order to assist in completion f tasks and to learn techniques, methods, and procedures, etc.

• Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to Bally’s Attendance Policy.

• Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. This includes all shifts, weekends and holiday periods

Competencies:

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Work Environment:

• The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock; and vibration.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
• Must be able to work in a smoking environment.

Target Salary Range:

• 17.55 / Hour
