Part-time Contract Recruiter202
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contract, part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced corporate environment.
Schedule: Preferred availability would be Monday – Friday, approximately 25 to 30 hours per week
Location: America’s Auto Auction (Corporate Office) – 10401 N Meridian St #400, Carmel, IN 46290 (On-site)
Employment Type: 1099 Contract
Pay: Top hourly pay, based on experience
Responsibilities of Part-time Contract Recruiter
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming staffing needs
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
- Manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews and assist with other recruiting activities as needed
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information throughout the hiring process
- Administer recruiting workflows and candidate activity in Paylocity Recruiting
Requirements
Requirements for Part-time Contract Recruiter
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Auction, automotive, or related industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, professional approach and the ability to work independently
- ATS experience required; Paylocity Recruiting is a plus
