About the role
Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Idaho Department of Correction.
We are currently seeking a part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Jefferson City Correctional Center located in Jefferson City, Missouri.
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides mental health/psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients under the clinical direction of a psychiatrist and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team in providing mental health services to patients in a correctional setting.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Missouri license
- Minimum of one years' experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner preferred
- Experience in a correctional or institutional setting preferred
One ten-hour shift per week, flexible Monday-Friday scheduling.
