🛠️ What You’ll Do as a Parts Exchange Worker:
As a Parts Exchange Worker, you’ll play a key role in inspecting, handling, and processing heavy equipment components to support parts exchange operations.
Responsibilities include:
• Perform detailed component inspections following Caterpillar CAC guidelines• Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move heavy parts and components• Load and unload freight trucks and manage customer return documentation• Process parts exchange orders and support warehouse operations• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment• Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and timelines• Follow all Mustang Cat safety policies and wear required PPE• Assist with additional warehouse tasks and special projects as assigned
📋 Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent• Previous experience in a warehouse or heavy equipment environment• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs• Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment• Basic computer and math skills• Strong organizational and time management abilities• Team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to safety• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
