Parts Specialist

What You'll Do

• Help Customers: Assist homeowners, contractors, and service technicians in identifying and ordering the correct window and door parts.
• Solve Problems: Answer questions, troubleshoot parts issues, and help customers with warranty and service needs.
• Manage Inventory: Order parts, work with suppliers, maintain accurate records, and keep inventory organized.
• Learn the Products: Develop knowledge of window and door hardware, components, and how they work together.
• Support Our Team: Occasionally assist service technicians at customers' homes and jobsites.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Natural curiosity and an interest in learning how things work.
• Basic mechanical or technical aptitude — you enjoy figuring things out!
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• A positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Experience with windows, doors, construction, hardware, or parts inventory is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right person!
