Part Specialist

K&D Factory Service has been operating in the Keystone state since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our Parts Specialist supports 7 branches in York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, Scranton and Harrisburg, where the position is based.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- We focus on excellent customer service with customers, technicians, and vendors
- Placing purchase orders with vendors, we take pride and great care in every order we fill for our customers.
- Problem resolution with customers and vendors.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Warm and friendly phone voice
- Inventory management experience preferred but not necessary
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment
- A willingness to learn and adapt to an ever-changing industry
- Limited travel to branches

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification:
