Job Summary:
- Coordinates the scheduling process across multiple specialties.
- Answers the phone and handles multiple lines in a pleasant and courteous manner, makes every interaction feel important, and a very satisfying experience for the patient and their families as the first point person for the patient’s care experience. Customer service is the priority.
- Refers appropriate patient, guarantor, or representative to the Billing staff as appropriate.
- Schedules procedures according to patient convenience, pre-determined guidelines of departments, staffing, and equipment availability.
- Notifies patients of their financial responsibilities.
Qualifications:

High School graduate or equivalent.

Two years experience as a medical office receptionist preferred
